Delivering Custom Medals and Recognition Products for a German Event Program

A German event management company required a complete recognition product program for a large series of sports and community events. The buyer needed custom medals that looked premium, performed reliably during distribution, and maintained a consistent design across multiple award categories.

The project included custom metal medals, branded ribbons, commemorative lapel pins, event keychains, and presentation packaging. Because the program included several event dates and participant groups, accurate production control and clear product identification were essential.

Jin Sheu Global Limited began by reviewing the medal dimensions, artwork depth, logo details, text size, ribbon specifications, plating requirements, and packaging plan. The original artwork contained several fine elements that could have become unclear during metal production. The design was therefore adjusted to improve line definition, recessed areas, raised details, and overall readability without changing the event’s visual identity.

Different finishes were evaluated for the gold, silver, and bronze award levels. The buyer selected coordinated metal finishes with clearly differentiated ribbon colors, allowing event staff to identify each category quickly. Additional commemorative pins and keychains extended the project beyond the award ceremony and provided participants with collectible event merchandise.

Production inspection covered medal dimensions, plating appearance, enamel areas, ribbon printing, loop strength, product assembly, and packaging accuracy. Each award category was separated and labeled to simplify event preparation after delivery.

The completed project gave the organizer a unified recognition collection that supported award presentations, sponsor exposure, participant engagement, and post-event merchandise opportunities. It also demonstrated the value of combining medals, pins, ribbons, and packaging under one coordinated manufacturing program.
